Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, cushions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
